In our new climbing centre La Skala in Žilina we offer ideal conditions for everyone all year round. For beginners, experienced climbers, kids, seniors, introverts, sociable types, for everyone who wants to do something for themselves, push their limits or just simply try something new. You can choose from hundreds of different routes of all difficulties, a separate boulder hall or a children climbing area. Helpful staff is always there happy to assist you, show you around the centre, offer help and receive your feedback, because you are the reason why we want to be the best.
We hope that we will exceed your expectations and that La Skala will become the place of defeated obstacles, achieved goals and friendships strong as a rock (skala in Slovak) ☺

You get off at the main railway station in Žilina, in a kiosk or a vending machine you buy a ticket for 0,65 Eur and get on any of the trolleybuses numbered 1, 3, 4 or 14. Continue reading below the „PUBLIC TRANSPORT” section.
BUS:You get off at the bus station and go to the bus public transport bus stop called “Štefánikovo námestie” and take the trolleybus number 3 or 4.

MHD:Trolejbus číslo 3 – vystúpite na zastávke “Rudnayova”, prejdete cez prechod pre chodcov na druhú stranu cesty, pokračujete rovno k Centrálnej ulici, zabočíte doľava a po 200 metroch ste v lezeckom centre.
Trolejbusy číslo 1, 4, 7, 14 a autobus číslo 67 - vystúpite na zastávke “Pod Hájom”, lezecké centrum je vzdialené 200 metrov.
